Ambassador Program Terms

Standard terms and eligibility

The Ambassador Program is offered only on these standard terms. The terms are not individually negotiated. Activating or continuing to use an Ambassador account constitutes acceptance of the version presented to the participant.

The program is offered by Radixrock Inc., NVTATN's global operator. Participation is optional and subject to eligibility approval. Participants must be adults legally capable of accepting these terms. The applicable commission rate and rules must be displayed before an Ambassador accepts them or continues under them.

Independent participation

An Ambassador is an independent participant—not an employee, agent, partner, franchisee, representative, or joint venturer—and has no authority to bind Radixrock, NVTATN, or any affiliate.

Program and commission rules

NVTATN determines the available program, eligible products, eligible territories, attribution rules, commission rates, thresholds, and payout schedule. Commission is earned only on eligible revenue that has been successfully collected, settled, and is no longer subject to an ordinary refund, reversal, dispute, chargeback, or fraud hold.

Taxes, provider fees, refunded amounts, reversed payments, disputed payments, promotional credits, self-referrals, duplicate referrals, fraudulent activity, and ineligible products do not generate commission.

Attribution recorded by NVTATN's systems is controlling unless the Ambassador provides clear evidence of an error. NVTATN may investigate, withhold, or reverse commission associated with fraud, abuse, refund, chargeback, duplicate attribution, manipulation, or breach of these terms.

Suspension and termination

NVTATN may suspend or terminate participation for breach, fraud, misleading promotion, spam, privacy violations, brand misuse, or legal or compliance risk. Termination ends eligibility for future commission.

Valid commission already earned under the stated rules will not be arbitrarily confiscated. It may remain subject to legitimate refund, reversal, fraud, tax, identity, threshold, and payout-verification controls.

Promotion rules

Ambassadors must not:

• send spam or buy or scrape contact lists;
• misrepresent NVTATN or impersonate Radixrock personnel;
• promise discounts, income, or product features without authorization;
• make misleading earnings claims;
• use NVTATN trademarks outside approved materials;
• collect passwords, payment credentials, or unnecessary personal information; or
• create self-referrals or artificial transactions.

Taxes, verification, and availability

Ambassadors are responsible for their own taxes, lawful marketing disclosures, and accurate payout information. Identity, tax, or payment verification may be required before payout. No minimum income, payment volume, or continued availability of the program is guaranteed.

Changes and disputes

NVTATN may change the program prospectively. Material changes must be presented through the dashboard or email, and continued participation may require affirmative acceptance. All Ambassador questions, complaints, and initial disputes must begin through support@nvtatn.com.

Enrollment and acceptance

The Ambassador Program is not currently available. Participation begins only after NVTATN expressly approves eligibility and presents the applicable terms and commission schedule.

Participation requires affirmative acceptance. Merely visiting or linking to these terms does not constitute enrollment or acceptance. NVTATN will maintain an appropriate record of acceptance. No commission is earned before formal enrollment and program activation.
