Privacy Policy

Our privacy approach

NVTATN collects only information reasonably needed to operate, secure, and support its event-planning, invitation, RSVP, guest-management, Party Chat, pass, and admission services. Radixrock Inc. is principally responsible for NVTATN's privacy practices. Entity and address details are available in Legal and payment entity information.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use guest lists, RSVP records, passes, or attendance information for unrelated advertising. We do not send marketing to invited guests merely because a host added them to an event.

Information we use

• Account and contact information, including names, email addresses, telephone numbers, roles, authentication records, and support communications.
• Event and guest information, including event details, guest lists, invitations, RSVP responses, communications, Party Chat content, passes, admission, and attendance records.
• Technical and security information, including device, browser, IP, request, session, audit, fraud-prevention, and diagnostic records.
• For paid services, limited transaction information such as the amount, currency, provider reference, payment status, entitlement, refund, or dispute status.

NVTATN does not deliberately request highly sensitive information through ordinary event or RSVP fields. Hosts and guests should not put unnecessary sensitive information in names, notes, messages, or other free-text fields.

Complete payment-card or bank-account credentials are handled by the selected payment provider under its own privacy terms and are not stored by NVTATN.

Guest information and event access

Hosts must have an appropriate basis for supplying guest contact information and must use appropriate care when information concerns minors. Guest information is used to administer the relevant event, invitations, RSVP, passes, admission, event communications, and associated support.

Event information is accessible only to the host, authorized co-hosts or door staff, the relevant guest, and authorized NVTATN personnel, as required by role and purpose. Hosts control their events and may have their own legal responsibilities for information they provide or request.

Sources and vendor information

Information comes from users, hosts and their authorized teams, guests responding to event workflows, and the technical operation of the service. NVTATN does not scrape CAC records, social-media platforms, or third-party directories to create vendor or personal profiles.

NVTATN does not presently create real vendor profiles from scraped or unauthorized third-party information. Any future vendor information must come from authorized sources and be handled with appropriate provenance, notice, correction, and privacy controls.

Service providers and international processing

Service providers receive only information reasonably needed to perform their contracted functions, such as hosting, communications, security, support, storage, or payment processing. Information may be processed outside a user's country where those providers operate, subject to reasonable contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights. Radixrock Ltd. (RC 9652905) may process information for Nigerian operational or payment purposes; it is not NVTATN's global operator.

Retention and requests

Retention depends on the event or account lifecycle, the kind of record, security and support needs, and lawful obligations. Security, fraud-prevention, financial, and legal records may be retained where reasonably necessary. NVTATN does not promise an automatic deletion period that the product does not currently enforce.

Email support@nvtatn.com to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to identity verification and lawful retention requirements. We preserve all privacy rights that apply under applicable law and will explain any lawful limit on a request. This policy does not claim universal compliance with any particular national or regional privacy regime.

Accounts and minors

Accounts used to enter contracts, activate paid services, or join the Ambassador Program must be operated by adults legally capable of accepting the relevant terms. We do not knowingly market to children. Minors may still attend events as guests; hosts are responsible for using appropriate care when providing their information.

Security

We use access controls, protected authentication, encryption in transit, audit records, and operational safeguards appropriate to the service. No online service is risk-free. Please report a suspected privacy or security issue to support@nvtatn.com.

Cookies and browser storage

NVTATN currently uses cookies needed for authentication, anti-forgery protection, invitations, connections, password recovery, mobile handoff, support access, door access, and related user-requested workflows. Session storage may keep host-selection state in the current browser tab. A referral cookie may be used only when a user follows an Ambassador referral link. The Ambassador Program is not currently available.

Public policy pages do not set analytics or advertising cookies, and the application does not currently include analytics, advertising, or marketing-cookie scripts. If these practices change, this policy and any required choices will be updated.
