Acceptance and operator

These Terms apply when you access or use NVTATN's website, mobile application, and event services. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms. NVTATN is operated globally by Radixrock Inc., Canadian federal corporation number 1689011-3. See Legal and payment entity information.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Use only accounts, events, guest records, passes, and administrative functions you are authorized to access. Accounts that enter contracts, activate paid services, or join the Ambassador Program must be operated by adults legally capable of accepting the relevant terms.

Events, invitations, and admission

NVTATN provides straightforward tools for event planning, invitations, RSVP, guest management, passes, event communications, Party Chat, and admission. Hosts—not NVTATN—organize and control their events. Hosts and authorized co-hosts are responsible for event details, guest information, team and door-staff access, appropriate notices, and lawful event rules.

Guests must not misuse or improperly share private invitation links, passes, QR codes, fallback codes, or event information. NVTATN does not guarantee that an event will occur and is not responsible for conduct at an event. Admission remains subject to the host's lawful event rules.

Guest information

Hosts must have an appropriate basis for supplying guest contact information, use it only for appropriate event purposes, and take particular care with information concerning minors. Invited guests are not required to open commercial accounts merely to receive an invitation or attend an event.

Party Chat and user content

You retain rights in content you submit and permit NVTATN to process it as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. You must have the right to submit that content. NVTATN may remove or restrict unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or privacy-violating content.

Acceptable use

Do not use NVTATN to break the law, harass or impersonate others, send spam, sell or rent personal information, expose private information, infringe rights, commit fraud, misuse passes, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, bypass access controls, collect credentials, or scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data without written authorization.

Vendor information

Vendor listings are informational and are not endorsements or guarantees. An unclaimed listing and a claimed profile are different from a verified vendor status; each label means only what NVTATN states beside it. Users must independently assess a vendor.

NVTATN does not presently create real vendor profiles from scraped or unauthorized third-party information. Any future vendor information must come from authorized sources and be handled with appropriate provenance, notice, correction, and privacy controls.

Paid digital services

NVTATN offers annual digital subscriptions, One-Off event access, and event-specific Premium capacity add-ons where an independently enabled payment route is available. The checkout page shows the seller, product allowance, standard and promotional price, renewal price where applicable, currency, provider, tax treatment, and policies before payment. Eligible global USD payments are processed for Radixrock Inc. through Stripe. Nigeria/NGN bank transfers are processed for Radixrock Ltd. (RC 9652905) through ALATPay. One provider is never used as a silent fallback for another.

Access is created only after authoritative provider confirmation. Premium and Professional promotions apply to the initial term only unless a later promotion expressly applies; renewal uses the then-current standard price. One-Off and capacity add-ons do not renew. Paid ticketing remains outside the launch scope. Paid services are subject to the Refund Policy and Service Delivery Policy.

Availability, suspension, and termination

We aim to keep NVTATN available, but maintenance, security work, network or provider failures, and events outside reasonable control may interrupt it. We may reasonably suspend or restrict access to address misuse, a security risk, an unlawful act, or a material breach. You may stop using NVTATN and request account assistance at any time. We may terminate an account for serious or repeated breach, subject to applicable law and any records we must retain.

Intellectual property

NVTATN and its service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no NVTATN or Radixrock intellectual-property right is transferred to you.

Third-party links and providers

NVTATN may link to or rely on independent services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services. NVTATN is not a party to arrangements made directly between a host, guest, venue, vendor, or other third party.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, each party is responsible for losses it reasonably causes through its breach, negligence, or unlawful conduct. NVTATN is not responsible for a host's event decisions, an event's cancellation, conduct at an event, or independent third-party services. Rights, remedies, responsibilities, and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Applicable law and complaints

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without removing mandatory rights that apply where you live. All complaints and initial dispute notices must first be sent to support@nvtatn.com so the issue can be reviewed in good faith.

Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively when the service or applicable requirements change. The current version and update date will remain on this page, and material changes will be presented where reasonably required. Questions should be sent to support@nvtatn.com.
